Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we do consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues with our digital products that cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable time frame, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, you may request a refund for the duplicate purchase.
  • Non-delivery: If you do not receive the purchased digital product or access to it within 24 hours of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Significant Misrepresentation: If the product description significantly misrepresented the actual product, you may be eligible for a refund.

Please note that the following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital products that have been downloaded, used, or where access has been granted.
  • Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request.
  • Products purchased with promotional or discount codes.
  • Refunds requested due to compatibility issues clearly stated in the product description.
  • Changes of mind or if you no longer need the product.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the following information in your refund request:

    • The reason for requesting a refund
    • Any relevant details or documentation supporting your request

  4. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method.

All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the request does not comply with this policy.

Processing Time

Upon approval of your refund request:

  • We will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
  • For credit card refunds, the refund will appear as a credit on your credit card statement.
  • For PayPal refunds, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account.

Exceptions

Certain situations are handled differently from our standard refund policy:

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once canceled:

  • You will not be charged for future billing cycles.
